About the Company
Wedo is collaborating with a fast-growing, FinTech operating in the consumer lending space. Our client is now looking for a Product Manager to lead a strategic programme aimed at driving the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on growth and innovation with the aim of driving more customer engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of innovation and feature development, including ideation, experimentation, and execution. Your goals will include improving app engagement, reducing churn, enhancing customer onboarding, and driving personalisation and gamification through extensive user feedback, A/B testing, customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and market research.
About You
- Experience as a Product Manager working in Agile Delivery teams.
- Solid commercial understanding of Consumer Lending, particularly Credit Cards.
- You care deeply about helping customers manage their money smarter and want to make a tangible impact, in an outdated consumer finance industry, by applying technology and processes to make things simple.
- You are a reliable and structured professional who excels in a flat team structure where trust, integrity, and collaboration are the key foundation for everything they do.
- You are comfortable using a direct language and speaking in a straightforward yet respectful manner to save people's time and simplify everyone’s workday.
