This contract places you in a key position to drive the design, optimisation, and rollout of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management capabilities. You will be instrumental in shaping scalable, future-proof warehouse processes, working on a high-visibility programme that is redefining how the business manages inventory, logistics, and fulfilment. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in Dynamics 365 will directly influence operational performance and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM WMS modules
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
- Configure and customise warehouse management processes within Dynamics 365 to meet operational needs
- Support end-to-end system implementation including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Drive process improvements across warehousing, inventory control, and logistics using Dynamics best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
- Oversee testing cycles including SIT and UAT, ensuring successful delivery
- Provide go-live support and post-implementation optimisation to maximise system value
Required Skills:
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a focus on WMS
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 warehouse management capabilities including advanced warehousing
- Experience with configuration, customisation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and logistics workflows
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, third-party systems, and automation technologies
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex transformation environments
