Rate: £450–£500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: UK - Some occasional onsite London

Role: A high-growth organisation is investing in a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support scale, improve data quality, and modernise core commercial processes. This role sits at the heart of that transformation. You’ll take ownership of requirements and delivery support, helping shape a platform that will underpin the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirements definition across multiple business teams.
- Design future-state CRM processes aligned to best practice.
- Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Support CRM migration activity including data mapping, testing, and UAT.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery against requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on CRM implementations.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (Sales).
- Background supporting system or platform migrations.
- Solid understanding of CRM data, workflows, and automation.
- Confident working autonomously in fast-moving environments.
