You’ll step into a critical, business-facing role where you will take ownership of live environments, shape delivery, and play a key part in stabilising and driving forward key programmes. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage live, business-critical Business Central cloud environments
  • Lead BAU operations while driving continuous improvement and change delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact across both functional and technical areas
  • Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve issues and shape solutions
  • Take accountability for stabilising and progressing key ERP projects

Required Skills:
