You’ll step into a critical, business-facing role where you will take ownership of live environments, shape delivery, and play a key part in stabilising and driving forward key programmes. Responsibilities:
- Own and manage live, business-critical Business Central cloud environments
- Lead BAU operations while driving continuous improvement and change delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact across both functional and technical areas
- Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
- Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve issues and shape solutions
- Take accountability for stabilising and progressing key ERP projects
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud)
- Proven background in a techno-functional or delivery leadership role
- Experience managing live environments and BAU support models
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- Experience within Warehousing and Manufacturing environments
