Role: We're partnering with an innovative organisation looking to bring in an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support a high-impact Field Service project. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service.
  • Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience developing with C#, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows
  • Integration experience with third-party systems is highly desirable
