WeDoData are working with an established Further Education organisation that's looking for a Head of MIS - Systems & Reporting to take ownership of its systems, reporting and data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the technical side and the needs of an FE environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading the integration of key College systems, including MIS, Finance, HR and learning platforms
Developing and improving reporting using Power BI and SSRS
Managing and supporting a team of 2 Report Writers
Overseeing SQL databases and developing complex reporting from multiple data sources
Improving data quality, system performance and self-service reporting
Supporting the wider organisation with systems, data and reporting strategy
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong experience working within Further Education
Expert SQL / SQL Server skills
Strong Power BI and SSRS experience
Proven experience of systems integration
Experience managing or developing a reporting/data team
A good understanding of education MIS and complex data environments
