WeDoData are working with an all through school in South London with around 1000 students aged 4 – 16, who have recently achieved their best ever exam results, with pupils on average gaining over half a grade more per GCSE than would be expected.

They are now looking for an experienced Exams Officer to join the team.

As the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the schools examination processes for GCSE & SATS.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process exam entries for students
  • Organise, train and manage invigilation team
  • Provide exam and invigilation timetables
  • Results day organisation
  • Organise correspondence of exam information to parents & students
  • Liaise with SENCO for special arrangements
  • Manage the exams budget

Requirements

This role requires experience working in an educational environment, with sound knowledge of how examinations are run, including GCSE\’s, alongside experience using an educational MIS system such as Bromcom, SIMS, Arbor or iSams.

In return

This role is being offered on a term time only +1 week basis, with a full time equivalent salary on offer of £39,524 to £42,295 (pro-rata £35,452 – £37,938).
