WeDoData is seeking a SEND Transition Worker for a further education client in West London. You will work with young people from Year 9 onwards to prepare them for college, arrange visits and tasters, and liaise with schools and Local Authorities to support outcomes.
There is an administrative element, including EHCP information, learner records, deadlines, and review processes. You must have SEND experience in education and strong IT/admin skills.
