WeDoData have partnered with a great further education college in the East of England who are looking to recruit a full time, HR Systems & Analytics Manager.
Our client is a leading further and higher education provider who are located across 2 main campuses in the East of England.
As a HR Systems & Analytics Manager (no line management responsibility) you\’ll report to the HR Director and will be responsible for maintaining and optimising current HR systems which provide important workforce information to enable better strategic planning and decision making.
The team use iTrent so extensive experience configuring and optimising iTrent specifically would be an advantage.
You will also draft executive level and board level reports which the HR Director will review and present, so experience of this will be crucial.
