Head of Quality required for training provider in Birmingham. WeDoData has recently partnered with a renowned training provider based in Birmingham that is looking to take on a Head of Quality to join their central team. My client is recognised for its nurturing culture, welcoming atmosphere, and the high standard of training and development opportunities it provides to its employees. The employability conversion rate for students is remarkable, exceeding 95%, which reflects the quality and consistency of the training they provide.
To be eligible, you MUST have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be an Ofsted nominee. Strong expertise in quality strategy, internal quality assurance (IQA), and quality improvement in further education is required.
In return, my client can offer:
