WeDoData are working with a leading school in London who are seeking an organised and detail-driven Exams Officer to lead the end-to-end exams process, whilst also assisting with data administration. This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth delivery of internal and external examinations. The school pride themselves on an excellent staff retention rate, and they are looking for the right person who will be an integral part of the team long term. The former post holder has stepped into a different role in the team, and will be available for a handover and advice when needed. The Role
- Management of KS2, KS3, GCSE and A Level exams
- Oversee exam entries, timetables, access arrangements, results, enquiries and appeals
- Ensure secure handling of confidential examination materials
- Manage assessment cycles, reporting and academic data using the school MIS
- Assist with production of data analysis and reports
