WeDoData are working exclusively with a well regarded secondary school & sixth form in South London who consistently achieve higher than average results. The school has a supportive environment with low staff turnover and plenty of training & development opportunities. The school are now looking to take on an experienced Data & Exams Manager to manage all aspects of the school's data including termly and ad-hoc reporting & analytics, census, GDPR and end-to-end management of the school's examination process.

The role

In this pivotal role, you will work closely alongside SLT to collect, maintain and analyse student performance data - generating regular reports for SLT and other stakeholders who will utilise the reports for actionable insights. You will also oversee the exams function with the help of an experienced exams assistant.

Data

  • Management of the school's MIS (Bromcom)
  • Reporting & analysis of student data
  • Ensure data protection compliance
  • Submission of school census
  • Progress reports
  • Timetable adjustments

Exams

  • You will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of both internal and external examinations, including GCSE, BTEC, A-Level and mock exams.
  • Process exam entries for students
  • Organise, train and manage invigilation team
  • Provide exam and invigilation timetables
  • Results day organisation
  • Organise correspondence of exam information to parents & students
  • Liaise with SENCO for special arrangements
  • Manage the exams budget

In return

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, all year round, with a salary on offer of circa £40 - 45k.
