WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company whose focus is non-teaching support (IT, data, finance, SEN etc) in the education sector. We are working with a great further education college in East of England who are looking for a Communication Support Worker to join their learning support team on a term time only (TTO) permanent basis.
As a Communication Support Worker, you'll support deaf and hearing-impaired students across a range of educational settings, to make sure they have full access to learning and college life. As a minimum, you'll have an accredited British Sign Language (BSL) qualification (or be willing to work towards one) and will have prior experience working with deaf learners, ideally in a college environment.
In return, my client can offer:
- Actual salary of £21,890 - £23,593 (FTE is £25,192 – £27,152 per year)
