Cluster Estates & Compliance Manager required for multi-academy trust in the West Midlands. WeDoData has recently partnered with an established and growing multi-academy trust based in the West Midlands that is looking to take on a Cluster Estates & Compliance Manager to create and maintain safe, sustainable, and high-performing learning environments that drive educational excellence and long-term organisational resilience. The position is being offered on a full-time and permanent basis.
My client is a respected organisation that drives student aspiration and delivers exceptional outcomes through collaborative and effective school support. To be eligible, you must have at least 5 years of experience managing estates and facilities compliance and be NEBOSH and IOSH qualified. An HNC or HND qualification is highly desirable but not required. Experience overseeing infrastructure lifecycle planning and replacement activities is essential.
