WeDoData are working with a small, successful independent School in South East London, who are seeking an experienced Data & Examinations Officer to join them.
The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of internal and external examinations, ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations, and oversee the effective management and analysis of pupil data through the school’s MIS system.
- Act as the school’s lead administrator for iSAMS, maintaining accurate pupil, timetable and assessment data
- Pupil progress tracking across the school
- Produce data analysis and reporting to support school improvement and strategic planning
- Liaise effectively with awarding bodies, staff, parents and pupils
Proven experience as an Examinations Officer within a school or college
Strong IT and data analysis skills, including spreadsheets and reporting tools
Experience within an independent school environment
Knowledge of school timetabling processes
Experience supporting inspections or compliance audits
Familiarity with SEN access arrangements and examination processes
Part Time – 3 days per week
Term Time Only + 4 weeks

Pension of 5% or 7% employee contribution, matched by employer.
