Are you used to working closely with senior leaders and keeping important projects moving? We’re looking for an experienced CEO Office Business Manager & Strategic Projects Lead to work alongside the Chief Executive and senior leadership team within a large education organisation. You’ll be close to the decisions that shape the organisation, helping the CEO and senior team turn plans into action. You’ll also take the lead on key projects, keep track of progress and make sure priorities don’t lose momentum. Working closely with the CEO and providing day-to-day business and strategic support Leading and coordinating projects from initial planning through to delivery Creating straightforward project plans, dashboards and trackers Keeping an eye on progress across several projects and making sure actions are followed through Supporting change and improvement projects across the organisation Coordinating leadership meetings, governance activity and executive planning Building good working relationships with senior leaders, governors and external partners Experience working closely with a CEO, Principal, Executive Director or another senior leader A background in executive office management, business management, governance, programme management or strategic projects Experience managing complex projects involving different teams Strong writing and communication skills A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or MSP would be useful, but isn't essential 29 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays and circa 3 christmas closure days ~ Access to an excellent local government pension scheme (20% employer contributions) ~ Access to training courses and ongoing development. ~ Free car parking on all Campuses ~ Subsidised gym membership ~ Dental insurance ~ Enhanced maternity and paternity leave ~ Public Transport Season Ticket Loan scheme ~ A role where you'll have real involvement in important projects and decisions and the opportunity to make a real impact!
