We are working exclusively with a Further Education client in Essex who require an Intranet Support Assistant to join their Data Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As an Intranet Support Assistant, you'll provide first-line support for intranet-related issues, queries, and requests, including publishing and maintaining content, managing user access and permissions, supporting integrations and much more.
As a minimum you'll need:
- Prior application or systems support experience
- Experience managing, maintaining, or updating web-based content or platforms
- Experience supporting users via ticketing system
- Great customer service skills
In return the college can offer:
