WeDoData in Bristol is seeking an experienced 2nd line IT support specialist to join our team. You will act as the escalation point for the 1st line and keep operations running smoothly across a Microsoft-centric environment.
You’ll deploy devices, manage Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot, AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, and related cloud services while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to IT projects such as cloud migrations and security upgrades.
