A large, well-established consumer business is investing heavily in its long-term growth strategy and is hiring a Transformation Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across digital, commercial and operations. This is a senior, business-led role with direct exposure to executive stakeholders, owning programmes end to end, from shaping and mobilisation through to delivery and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and define strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders, including outcomes and value cases
- Own end to end programme delivery, from concept through to execution and measurable outcomes
- Translate growth priorities into structured, deliverable programmes
- Lead delivery across a matrix business and technology environment
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery confidence across multiple workstreams
- Drive prioritisation, making trade-offs clear and actionable
- Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to exec and board level
What we’re ideally looking for:
- Proven experience leading complex, end to end transformation or growth programmes
- Background in a consumer-facing or Wholesale or Retail, ideally with digital or ecommerce exposure
- Experience across supply chain, logistics, B2B or commercial change
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to structure ambiguity
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, including board level
- Experience operating in matrix environments with shared resources
