Location: London

Work pattern: 4 days onsite

Wedo is partnering with a high-growth Series A AI company building next-generation enterprise software powered by autonomous AI agents. Backed by Sequoia Capital and other top-tier investors, the business has already landed major enterprise customers and is now entering a serious scale phase across product, engineering, and commercial growth.

This isn’t “another AI start-up.” This is the stage where the foundations are built, product‑market fit is real, enterprise traction already exists, and the company is beginning to accelerate hard.

They’re looking for a product-minded Front‑end Engineer who can help shape how enterprise users interact with AI day‑to‑day. Someone who cares deeply about user experience, moves quickly, and enjoys building products at the edge of what’s possible with modern AI tooling.

Current stack: LLM-powered workflows

The team is still under 20 people, but the calibre is exceptional engineers from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA, and McKinsey. They’re particularly interested in engineers who:

  • Obsess over product experience and UI quality
  • Thrive in fast iteration environments
  • Communicate well across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Want to help define what enterprise AI products look like over the next 3–5 years

The environment is ambitious, high ownership, high autonomy and suits someone who wants impact and a career trajectory that can compound very quickly alongside company growth. The team works onsite 3.5–4 days per week. Some weeks that’s 3 days, others it’s 4 depending on what’s happening. This also isn’t a clock‑in, clock‑out environment. Contracted hours are 9:30–18:30, but realistically this will suit someone excited by early‑stage intensity, fast feedback loops, and the messy but rewarding process of building something category‑defining.

Probably best suited to either:

  • Someone wanting to immerse themselves in a genuinely high‑calibre early‑stage company to accelerate their growth
  • Or someone who’s already “been there, got the t‑shirt” and enjoys operating in fast‑moving, high‑context environments without needing structure handed to them

How to prepare for a job interview at WeDo

Know Your Tech Stack

Make sure you’re well-versed in the current tech stack mentioned in the job description. Brush up on LLM-powered workflows and any relevant frameworks or tools. Being able to discuss your experience with these technologies will show that you’re not just a fit for the role, but also genuinely interested in what they’re building.

Showcase Your Product Mindset

Prepare to talk about how you’ve previously contributed to user experience and UI quality. Think of specific examples where your work has directly impacted product outcomes. This company is looking for someone who cares deeply about product experience, so demonstrating this passion will set you apart.

Communicate Clearly

Since the role involves working across technical and non-technical teams, practice explaining complex concepts in simple terms. You might be asked to describe a project you worked on, so focus on how you can convey your ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences.

Embrace the Fast-Paced Environment

This isn’t a 9-to-5 gig, so be ready to discuss how you thrive in fast iteration environments. Share experiences where you’ve had to adapt quickly or manage multiple priorities. Showing that you can handle the intensity and ambiguity of an early-stage company will resonate well with the interviewers.
