This is an opportunity to join a business in the early stages of building out its Microsoft Dynamics capability, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, outcome-driven solutions. The approach is centred around shaping the right solution before it’s built — working closely with clients to define problems properly, reduce delivery risk, and ensure long-term adoption. You’ll play a key role in this growth, operating across architecture, hands-on delivery, and client engagement. This isn’t a role where you sit removed from delivery — you’ll stay close to the detail while influencing how solutions are designed and delivered moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Translate business challenges into scalable, well-architected solutions
- Stay hands-on with configuration, prototyping and integrations where required
- Produce and own architecture documentation (HLD, LLD, integration and environment design)
- Act as a technical authority across delivery, ensuring quality and best practice
- Run workshops and engage directly with stakeholders to shape solution direction
- Support early-stage engagements including discovery, solutioning and pre-sales
- Mentor consultants and developers as the capability grows
Required Skills
- Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (CE and/or wider ecosystem)
- Solid Power Platform capability (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions
- Hands-on technical background (development or engineering roots beneficial)
- Experience with integrations and Azure services (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a consultancy or delivery-focused environment
Why should I apply?
- Opportunity to help shape and build a new capability from the ground up
- Blend of architecture, hands-on delivery and client engagement
- Early involvement in projects — not just delivery once scope is fixed
- Strong focus on quality, outcomes and long-term solution success
- Clear progression as the function grows
- Environment that values both technical depth and commercial thinking
