Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer – Remote (UK only)

Location: Remote (UK resident only – no sponsorship)

WeDo is partnering exclusively with a business experiencing rapid growth. They have built an exceptional client base around a suite of Unified Communication/Audio Recording products. With a planned move to a fully cloud‑native environment, they need a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the transition.

The team is small (≈25 people) and currently includes three Senior DevOps/Platform Engineers. The infrastructure is largely on AWS. We use Terraform for IaC, but experience with Puppet/Ansible is also desirable. You will also manage some on‑prem VM infrastructure and help implement the target cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute migration to AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Ansible.
• Build and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
• Write scripts in Bash/Python.
• Work with configuration management (Ansible/Puppet) and Kubernetes (Docker/K8s).
• Implement DevSecOps practices.

This is a remote role with occasional travel for social gatherings.

Interview Process: Two‑stage with expected turnaround of 7‑14 days from start to finish. No take‑home test.
