Lead D365 F&O Consultant (O2C & R2R) in Portsmouth

D365 Functional Leads (O2C & R2R) | REMOTE | Up to £100k | Global ERP Programme

WeDo Tech is supporting a major organisation on a multi-country Microsoft-led ERP transformation, and we’re helping them bring in two key hires:

Functional Lead – Order to Cash (O2C)

Functional Lead – Record to Report (R2R)

Both roles are fully remote, part of a genuinely mature programme with strong governance, experienced people, and zero drama. Proper ownership, proper influence, and the chance to shape things from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing (both roles):

• Owning your functional stream end-to-end (design → build → test → adoption)
• Running workshops + gathering requirements
• Translating business needs into clean functional specs
• Hands-on configuration (Dynamics 365 ideal, but SAP/Oracle welcome)
• Working with wider modules + technical teams
• Improving processes and keeping the programme moving
• Supporting end users and driving adoption

What they’re looking for:

O2C Role

Strong across order management, billing, AR, and customer service.

R2R Role

GL, reporting, consolidation, asset management — ideally with ACCA/CIMA/CPA (completed or in progress).

For both roles

• 4–5+ years as a Functional Lead
• Confident with documentation + challenging decisions when needed
• Experience delivering ERP in complex environments
• Comfortable leading workshops and being the go-to person

Package & Model

• Up to £100k (dependent on experience)
• Occasional travel for key workshops rest of the time will be remote.
