Location: Fully Remote (Need to be UK Based).
We have exclusively partnered with a SME who continue to go from strength to strength. Due to customer retention and growth, coupled with a recent round of funding (c£12m), a Lead Engineer is required to broaden their existing product line.
What do they do? The existing product offers compliance solutions enabling the capturing and archiving of data across multiple mediums such as WhatsApp/WeChat. AI tooling has recently been implemented and used in production. The product largely supports Financial Services/FinTech businesses. Sustained growth has taken headcount to circa 30.
There is a strong Voice/Networking presence, a separate platform team moving a lot of the solution across to a SaaS/AWS hosted solution. There are engineers focusing on the lower level Python/Scripting layer; this position would sit within a newly formed function which will be exclusively Microsoft focused and expand their offering to encompass the Azure ecosystem.

Medium Term Aspirations
Two routes are on offer - Engineering Leadership or if you want to remain close to the codebase/architecture, a position akin to Senior Technical Solution Architect can be forged solving problems across both AWS and Azure.
