This is not a traditional Dynamics consultancy role. You’ll be joining a highly respected digital product and engineering business building out broader Microsoft capability across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI-led solutions. The focus is less around large-scale CRM implementation programmes and more around solving interesting business and engineering problems properly. Think solution shaping, automation, integration, AI/Copilot conversations, bespoke workflows and modern Microsoft capability sitting inside a broader engineering environment. They’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with clients and helping shape the direction of solutions early rather than simply delivering against fixed scope.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients across discovery, workshops and solution shaping
- Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Stay close to hands-on delivery including configuration, prototyping and integrations
- Support broader engineering conversations around automation, AI and Microsoft technologies
- Help bridge the gap between product, engineering and Microsoft capability
- Contribute toward pre-sales, proposals and technical solutioning
- Operate across a variety of projects, products and problem spaces
- Help shape the long-term Microsoft capability as the team grows
Required Skills:
- Experience across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on technical capability across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience working with integrations/APIs/Azure services
- Broader engineering or development curiosity/background beneficial
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping solutions collaboratively
- Consultancy, product or delivery-focused background preferred
Why should I apply?
- Opportunity to help shape a capability from an early stage
- Broader role than a traditional D365 consultant position
- Exposure across engineering, product, AI and modern Microsoft technologies
- Strong client exposure and influence on solution direction
- Collaborative engineering-led environment
- Genuine progression toward broader consulting/architecture capability over time
