WeDo are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who are entering an exciting period of growth and investment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Central Consultant who enjoys true consultancy, customer ownership and having influence over how solutions are delivered. The business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for people who want more than “just another consulting role”. They are building out their senior capability and need individuals who can help shape projects, customers and the future direction of the practice. If you enjoy working closely with customers, solving business challenges and being trusted to make decisions, this is the type of environment where you can make a genuine impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from discovery through to delivery
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions
- Run workshops, gather requirements and provide consultancy advice
- Configure Business Central and support successful project delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Support and mentor other consultants where appropriate
- Help improve processes, standards and ways of working as the team continues to grow
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Previous Microsoft Partner experience preferred
- Broad functional knowledge across Business Central
- Experience delivering customer-facing projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to advise customers rather than simply gather requirements
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership
