I'm supporting a global organisation looking to hire a Functional Business Analyst to join their business systems team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between business and technology teams, gathering requirements, challenging processes and helping shape solutions within a Dynamics 365 environment.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll be involved throughout the full lifecycle; understanding business challenges, defining requirements and supporting the delivery of system and process improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within Dynamics 365 environments
  • Understanding of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work confidently with both business and technical teams

Desirable Experience:

  • Finance systems or finance process knowledge
  • Dynamics 365 CE or CRM exposure
  • ERP transformation or change programme experience
  • E-invoicing project experience, particularly within France, Germany or Spain
  • Additional European language skills
