The Role
We’re working with a London-based services business that is entering the next phase of a major international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance rollout. Alongside new country implementations, the client is also focused on stabilising and optimising earlier European deployments, making this a high-impact role with both delivery and improvement responsibilities. This is a hands‑on consulting position, working closely with finance stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure D365 Finance is robust, scalable, and fit for a growing international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support D365 Finance activities across an international rollout
- Stabilise and remediate issues from previous European implementations
- Work with finance teams to refine core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities
- Translate finance requirements into effective D365 Finance solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across multiple regions
Required Experience
- Strong experience as a D365 Finance Consultant (end-to-end implementations)
- Proven background working with international / multi-entity rollouts
- Solid understanding of finance operations within services-based organisations
- Experience stabilising or remediating live D365 Finance environments
- Confident engaging with senior finance stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting European rollouts
- Previous involvement in post-go-live optimisation phases
- Exposure to complex regulatory or multi-currency environments
