Over the last 12 months they've launched four AI products, grown to more than $10m ARR and are building the next generation of AI applications that will transform how industries such as manufacturing, energy, construction and field services operate.

You’ll work directly with customers, understand complex operational problems, rapidly prototype solutions and turn successful ideas into production AI products that can be deployed across a global customer base.

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for taking AI products from idea through to production, working across engineering, product and customers to solve real-world problems.
Your day-to-day will include
- Building and shipping production AI products using LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Designing AI workflows, orchestration, retrieval and evaluation pipelines.
- Working directly with customers to understand operational challenges before building solutions.
- Rapidly prototyping ideas and iterating based on customer feedback.
- Designing scalable backend services and cloud-native architectures.
- Improving AI reliability through evaluation, testing and guardrails.
- Collaborating across engineering, product and commercial teams to deliver customer value.
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through to deployment.

You’ll ideally bring experience across
- Strong software engineering with Python and/or Type Script.
- Commercial experience building and shipping AI products.
- Production LLM applications.
- Agentic AI.
- RAG and retrieval systems.
- AI evaluation and testing.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Distributed systems and modern software architecture.
- Strong product thinking and customer empathy.
