Role: We're working with a rapidly scaling Microsoft partner specialising across Business Central and Customer Engagement. Off the back of strong presales and a growing reputation in the mid-market, they are winning a high volume of new work alongside complex recovery projects. This is a hands-on delivery role within a lean, high-performing team where consultants are trusted to own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll be working directly with clients, shaping solutions, and seeing projects through from design to go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Central implementations
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and shape solutions
- Configure and customise BC across finance and manufacturing modules
- Support workshops, design sessions, and solution playback
- Work closely with technical teams where bespoke development is required
- Contribute to multiple projects across different industries
Required Skills:
- 3–4+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong functional knowledge of finance and manufacturing
- Experience delivering BC projects end-to-end
- Confident working directly with stakeholders and running workshops
- Ability to adapt across different clients and industries
