WeDo are supporting a multi-year D365 Customer Engagement (CE) transformation and seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture strategy and governance across a complex, large-scale digital landscape.
Key Focus:
- Define and own the enterprise architecture vision for the D365 CE programme
- Map existing systems and design the target architecture across CRM, ERP, data, and integrations
- Establish standards for APIs, middleware, and data flows
- Align business goals with technology execution
Requirements:
- Proven expertise delivering complex D365 CE platform implementations
- 8+ years in senior or enterprise architecture roles
- Strong knowledge of integration design, data architecture, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
