We’re supporting a Microsoft Partner who are investing heavily in AI and innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem. As part of this growth, they are looking for a true Copilot AI Engineer to join their emerging AI and Innovation function. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role for someone who wants to work at the cutting edge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI and Azure AI services. You’ll play a key role in turning emerging AI capabilities into real, value-driven solutions across Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack. This is not a theoretical or advisory role. It’s about prototyping, experimenting, shipping and iterating.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and building Copilot-led AI solutions, proofs of concept and MVPs
  • Working hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI, Azure AI and Azure OpenAI
  • Rapidly prototyping AI-enabled experiences aligned to real business use cases
  • Integrating AI capabilities into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Collaborating closely with functional consultants and technical delivery teams
  • Experimenting with new Microsoft AI features and assessing their commercial value
  • Documenting solutions to support wider internal adoption

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Power Platform or AI Engineer
  • Confidence working with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Experience integrating AI into Dynamics 365 environments is highly desirable
  • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, GPT-based models or Microsoft Graph
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments
  • A genuine interest in AI innovation rather than traditional delivery only
