This is not a traditional Dynamics consultancy role. You’ll be joining a highly respected digital product and engineering business building out broader Microsoft capability across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI‑led solutions. The focus is less around large‑scale CRM implementation programmes and more around solving interesting business and engineering problems properly. Think solution shaping, automation, integration, AI/Copilot conversations, bespoke workflows and modern Microsoft capability sitting inside a broader engineering environment. They’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, working directly with clients and helping shape the direction of solutions early rather than simply delivering against fixed scope.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients across discovery, workshops and solution shaping
- Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Stay close to hands‑on delivery including configuration, prototyping and integrations
- Support broader engineering conversations around automation, AI and Microsoft technologies
- Help bridge the gap between product, engineering and Microsoft capability
- Contribute toward pre‑sales, proposals and technical solutioning
- Operate across a variety of projects, products and problem spaces
- Help shape the long‑term Microsoft capability as the team grows
Required Skills:
- Experience across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands‑on technical capability across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience working with integrations/APIs/Azure services
- Broader engineering or development curiosity/background beneficial
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping solutions collaboratively
- Consultancy, product or delivery‑focused background preferred
