Dynamics 365 F&O Sales Lead
Permanent | UK-wide (Hybrid)
New Practice
£100k+
WeDo Tech have partnered with a global consultancy who are in the process of scaling their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice and they’re looking for someone who can help shape and grow it.
This isn’t a cold-call-from-scratch type of sales role. You’ll be walking into an established client base with enterprise programmes already underway, but with the autonomy (and expectation) to open new doors, strengthen Microsoft relationships, and drive new business across the UK & Europe.
If you’re someone who can land and expand, nurturing existing accounts while developing new ones, this could be the perfect next step.
What the role looks like
- Own the sales cycle from initial conversation through to contract signature.
- Build long-term relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Shape and deliver go-to-market strategies that genuinely add value to customers.
- Position Dynamics 365 F&O as the platform for transformation, not just a system change.
- Work alongside delivery leads and solution architects to ensure what’s sold is what’s delivered.
What you’ll bring
- A track record of selling Dynamics 365 F&O / AX solutions (5+ years ideally).
- Strong understanding of core Finance & Operations modules.
- The ability to sell consultatively – connecting commercial goals to technology outcomes.
- Confidence presenting complex solutions to C-suite audiences.
- Energy, integrity and a genuine passion for helping businesses modernise.
You’ll be joining a consultancy that’s making serious moves in the Microsoft ecosystem investing in people, partnerships and long-term capability, not just short-term wins.
If you’re a D365 Sales Lead who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and seeing your work translate into real transformation we should talk.
