  • Drive workshops, document requirements, create functional designs, and support configuration
  • Work closely with the F&O team to ensure seamless CE → F&O integration
  • Support testing cycles, data validation, cutover, and go-live readiness
  • Challenge design decisions and help shape a robust global template
  • Collaborate with multiple partners and regional teams across a complex, multinational environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Project Operations / PSA / PMA experience
  • Delivered multiple end-to-end D365 rollouts (F&O, CE or cross-stack)
  • Hands‑on expertise in Project O2C processes (T&M, fixed price, milestones, invoicing, timesheets, expenses)
  • Understanding of how Project Ops integrates with D365 Finance & Operations
  • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, multi‑country programmes
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner / SI
  • Knowledge of P2P or R2R impacts within project‑centric organisations
  • Background in large enterprise or global template rollouts

Why Join?
