Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

Location: UK based – Midlands / South preferred

Hybrid working with customer travel

WeDo are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who are continuing to grow their customer base and commercial team. They are looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager who understands the Dynamics ecosystem and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers. This is not a high-volume transactional sales environment. The focus is on understanding customers, identifying opportunities and helping organisations get maximum value from their technology investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships across an existing customer base
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with consulting and delivery teams
  • Understand customer challenges and align suitable solutions
  • Support customer strategy and long-term account growth
  • Represent the business as a trusted commercial advisor

Required Skills:

  • Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Previous account management, customer success or sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to have commercial conversations with customers
  • Understanding of ERP projects and services
  • Consultative approach rather than transactional selling style
