We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst with deep curiosity, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience working with TSYS platforms to help us shape the future of our cards and payments ecosystem. This is a remote-first role for UK-based candidates, with occasional team meet-ups in London.

About the Role:

As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll serve as the bridge between product, tech, and operations, owning the full BA lifecycle and ensuring TSYS-related deliverables are well-understood, accurately documented, and delivered effectively.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Turning business requirements into robust solutions across TSYS (TS2 or Prime).
  • Writing clear user stories and documentation.
  • Supporting TSYS configuration work and BAU enhancements.
  • Driving Agile delivery processes including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of TSYS platforms (TS2 or Prime) and their use in card/payment processing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in translating complex problems into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Confident working across Agile teams and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SQL, file formats, or data analysis.
  • Experience with fraud, collections, or loyalty platforms.
  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, XML/JSON).
