WeDo are working with a growing Microsoft Partner who are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their team. They have built a reputation around delivering quality solutions, building genuine customer partnerships and helping organisations get real value from their investment in Microsoft technology. This is a role for someone who enjoys being customer facing, understanding business challenges and designing solutions that make an impact. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery and customers to shape Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions from initial conversations through to successful project handover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery workshops and solution conversations
- Understand business challenges and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions
- Deliver engaging demos and presentations
- Support bids, proposals and solution estimates
- Design high-level solutions across Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience
- Experience across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing etc.
- Strong Power Platform knowledge
- Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture or senior customer-facing consultancy
- Confident delivering demos, workshops and presentations
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft Partner experience beneficial
