WeDo Tech has partnered with a growing charity organisation that is investing in the next phase of its Dynamics 365 solution and is looking to recruit a Dynamics & Power Platform Lead, to play a key role in shaping the platform’s future. In this role, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Solution Architect, gaining deep exposure to the platform’s architecture and design decisions before ultimately taking ownership of the environment as it continues to evolve. This position blends hands-on development with platform leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape how Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform support lead generation, operational efficiency and better use of data across the organisation.

The role involves leading the design, development and optimisation of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and broader Power Platform environment, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
  • Managing and prioritising the platform backlog
  • Configuring Dynamics including workflows, business process flows and forms
  • Building solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate
  • Managing environment releases, deployments and lifecycle processes
  • Supporting integration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Implementing data governance, security models and GDPR compliance
  • Maintaining CRM data quality through cleansing and governance strategies
  • Producing technical documentation and stakeholder materials
  • Mentoring a Junior Developer

Your Experience:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales module)
  • Hands-on development across the Power Platform
  • Experience delivering CRM solutions aligned to business needs
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Experience managing development lifecycles and environment deployments
  • Knowledge of data governance, security models and GDPR compliance
  • Experience mentoring developers or contributing to technical leadership
