About the Company
Wedo has exclusively partnered with an innovative InsurTech start-up that is transforming the insurance claims process with its white-label SaaS platform. They are redefining how claims are handled and now need an SDET to take ownership of product quality and testing automation.
The Role
They are looking for an SDET who is passionate about automated testing and ensuring high-quality software. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of a modern microservices-based platform.
You will work within cross-functional teams, designing and implementing automated test frameworks that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. You will also lead efforts in test reporting and analytics to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys automation, performance testing, and embedding quality into the development process.
What Youll Be Doing
Test Automation and Engineering Excellence
Build and maintain containerized test environments using Docker for clean, isolated, and consistent testing
Drive a shift-left testing approach, identifying issues early in the development cycle
Develop automated testing frameworks for .NET microservices using SpecFlow for integration testing and Playwright for UI testing
Implement performance and stability testing using JMeter, Unleash, or similar tools
Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms
Quality Analysis and Reporting
Develop automated reporting systems to provide clear insights into test results and system stability
Analyze test outputs to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in scalability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with developers and product owners to refine testing requirements and mitigate risks
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and retrospectives within cross-functional teams
Promote QA best practices, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Mentor and support team members in test automation by sharing knowledge of tools, frameworks, and processes
