We are a growing specialist recruitment agency supplying skilled labour into the M&E and Construction sectors. Due to expansion, we are launching a Construction Trades division in Leeds and are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to build your own desk. This is an opportunity to create your own market presence with the backing of an established brand and full operational support.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, responsible for:

  • Business development across the Leeds and wider Yorkshire construction market
  • Securing new client accounts and labour supply agreements
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Sourcing, vetting, and placing trades & labour candidates
  • Negotiating rates and protecting margins
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Scaling a profitable construction trades desk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
  • Construction or trades recruitment experience preferred
  • Proven billing track record
  • Strong business development capability
  • Confident negotiator with commercial awareness
  • Self-driven, resilient, and target-focused
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
