WeDo are looking for an experienced Client Manager from a financial services background to join their Oldham based team.
Objective: To manage a portfolio of clients operating Invoice finance facilities and provide the best level of service possible whilst adequately managing the Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients operating invoice finance facilities.
- Building strong relationships with our clients and building a sound knowledge of “what they do” and the facilities that have been structured.
- Being the first point of contact with clients to meet their invoice finance funding requirements.
- Processing the clients schedules and ensuring the correct back up documentation is provided and reviewed and meets our expectations.
- Review certain clients funding parameters, such as credit and concentration limits, on an ongoing basis ensuring that we are maximizing the funding available to clients but in a safe and secure fashion.
- Building a sound understanding of your clients ledgers in terms of key customers and expected debt performance through effective credit control.
- Carrying out due diligence on debtors through sources such as Creditsafe.
- Portfolio risk monitoring through effective management of the clients facilities.
- Working closely with the wider operations team ensuring strong relationship and risk management.
- Obtaining and reviewing clients business information including things such as bank statements, HMRC information and creditors reports.
