We are a growing family run company supplying specialist services to the clean water industry. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and driven Site Supervisor. As the Site Supervisor/Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, supervising a small team of workers to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within a prompt manner. Our client has steadily expanded from humble beginnings to present day, operating across a wide variety of sectors and values from a few hundred to several million pounds, while proudly retaining a family business ethos centring on being large enough to deliver but small enough to care. They firmly believe the investment and commitment to this approach has and will be a major factor in their growth. Actively embracing the future of the construction industry which must strive to adopt new methods and technologies to ensure. They are at the leading edge of establishing efficiency and sustainability as cornerstones of successful project outcomes for all stakeholders. Duties will include but in no means be limited to – Manage and supervise on-site construction activities. – Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. – Coordinate with the client, contractors, and subcontractors. – Monitor project progress and report on status updates. – Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. – Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control. – Provide guidance and support to the construction team.
