NuTrade recruitment are working with an electrical contractor who are looking to add a senior Fire Alarm Engineer to their team. This role involves site-based work, and further progression. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step, with endless possibilities!

Role Requirements:
- Experience in mainly commercial installation and maintenance
- Able to work under your own initiative
- Experience working on-site in various environments
- Full UK driving licence
All works carried out will be on commercial sites, such as large warehouses, offices, and retail. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to build a new fire alarm division. You will work alongside the directors to assist with the installation of the fire alarm systems on multiple sites across the country. With an order book of over £300k for the first quarter of 2026 already, we need someone who has knowledge and good experience. You will have knowledge and be able to assist them in gaining the BAFE accreditation.
Initially, this will be on the tools and then, as the business grows, building your own team and becoming office-based, where you will manage the team and run the day-to-day operations of the division. Obviously, as your responsibility increases, so will your salary. Travel is paid at normal time, and any weekend work is x1.5.
- Clean drivers licence is a must
- 21 days holiday + statutory, +1 per year worked up to a max 25 days
- Death in service takes effect after 6 months of service
