One of our leading M & E Clients are after a Mechanical Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a long-established and reputable Building Services Contractor delivering the full turnkey solution across M & E Project Delivery, Facilities Management as a Mechanical Estimator. The business continues to grow steadily and offers genuine stability, value, and career longevity for its team.

You will play a key role in pricing and securing a range of M & E and building services projects, contributing to the company’s continued success and long-term growth. With over 63 years in the industry, you’ll join as a mechanical estimator and experience job security and constant appreciation and recognition for your efforts. Work closely with clients, design team and other internal departments to ensure the continued success of the business with project wins.

Key sectors including; Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hospitality & Leisure, Life Sciences & Residential through our Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions.

As a Mechanical Estimator your role will include:

  • Prepare detailed mechanical estimates and tender submissions
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate project costings
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and requirements for mechanical systems
  • Assist with value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Support the estimating manager and project teams as required

As a Mechanical Estimator you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within Building Services or M & E Contracting
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, plant and materials
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team and also individually
