Why WeDiscover

WeDiscover is a leading performance marketing and technology agency, founded in 2020 on the belief that combining marketing experts with data scientists and engineers produces exceptional results. We've since been recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 and rank in the top 8% of the Financial Times' Fastest Growing Companies in Europe. We're founder-led with no outside investors, which means we stay true to our vision: build impactful marketing technology that keeps clients ahead in a competitive landscape. Our culture is built on problem-solving, skills-stacking, and doing good while doing well.

The Role

As a Senior Account Executive in our Paid Social team, you'll be involved in the execution and performance monitoring of Paid Social campaigns while managing client relationships and ensuring strategic alignment. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, delegating tasks based on priority and commercial impact, and contribute to developing a long-term strategic vision for your clients - tying their business goals directly to Paid Social strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own account performance, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard with alignment to broader business goals
  • Take accountability for account changes, keeping team members informed of what actions are being taken and why
  • Identify new project opportunities with a clear outline of impact and effort, communicating high-impact projects to the client lead
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation, ensuring robust methodology and clear measurement of results
  • Support junior team members on account work, setting tasks and helping with prioritisation

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of Paid Social, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients and the agency
  • Good analytical skills - you'll work alongside data and analytics teams, but you should be comfortable doing some of your own analysis too
  • Advanced client communication - able to lead regular conversations, support with workshops, and manage competing priorities
  • Effective prioritisation and delegation across junior team members, balancing commercial impact with strategic goals
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and giving upwards feedback
  • Collaborative across teams and projects beyond Paid Social

Interview Process

Our interview process looks something like this:

  • Initial call: a conversation with one of the team to understand your experience and why you're looking to apply
  • Technical interview: a competency-based interview exploring paid search strategy and execution, with a Media Director and a Paid Social team member
  • Cultural interview: a final stage, usually with our Head of Paid Social

What we offer

  • Significant career advancement in a fast-growing, award-winning agency
  • Equity through our EMI Options Scheme
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 2 paid volunteering days per year
  • 5-week paid sabbatical after 5 years
  • £40/month wellness subscription (e.g. Calm, Headspace, Thriva, gym membership)
  • £200 annual learning fund for books, courses, or subscriptions
  • High-spec equipment and working from home budget
  • A hybrid working style. We understand flexibility is important, so ask for 1 day in our London office to collaborate with your colleagues
