As Senior Account Manager, you will report to a Senior Account Director in the Paid Search department. This role focuses on driving technical excellence for PPC while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the department's performance and culture.

Position Overview

We're seeking an innovative Senior Account Manager to lead advertising strategy and execution across our Paid Search flagship accounts.

Interview Process

  • Stage 1: Initial phone call with our Managing Director focused on getting to know you and understanding your experience and aspirations.
  • Stage 2: A competency-based interview exploring paid search strategy and execution with the Head of Paid Search and a Media Director.
  • Stage 3: A cultural interview to assess your attitudes and behaviours.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience in paid search advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (£200K - £1M monthly).
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and recommendations.
  • Outstanding client communication skills.
  • Effective prioritisation of tasks and delegation of responsibilities.
  • Ability to organise client teams of 2+ individuals.
