The role involves leading key client accounts, developing strategic roadmaps, and guiding client teams to deliver best-in-class work. This hands-on leadership role combines client ownership, cross-team collaboration, and team development.
You will take full accountability for the performance of your client accounts, shaping annual and quarterly roadmaps, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard. Responsibilities include:
- Leading client accounts, owning performance and delivery of Paid Search strategy and projects
- Shaping and delivering client roadmaps that balance long-term strategic goals with day-to-day execution
- Building and maintaining strong senior client relationships, ensuring clear communication and ongoing feedback
- Managing client meetings and leading account teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver value
- Delegating and coordinating work across your account teams, ensuring accountability and transparency across all deliverables
- Working closely with internal teams to drive cross-departmental initiatives
- Helping scope, test and pilot new product ideas that enhance our client offering
- Providing line management, pastoral care and development support for 2+ Account Managers
