WeDiscover was founded with the belief that when you combine performance marketing experts with data scientists and engineers, amazing things can happen. Our mission is to build the most innovative and profitable performance marketing campaigns in the world using bespoke, custom-built technology. We are a young company, founded in April 2020, and continue to grow quickly. This role represents an opportunity to join at a stage where your work can genuinely influence how the business evolves.
As a performance marketing agency, everything we design has to work as hard as it looks good. We're hiring a Senior Digital Designer to play a key role in shaping both the creative output and the future direction of our growing design function. You'll own the visual delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, producing paid social creative, display assets, landing pages and conversion-focused experiences that aren't just visually strong, but measurable and commercially effective.
This isn't a role where creative gets thrown over the fence as a finished brief. We want someone who wants to influence thinking from the beginning: collaborating with media teams, contributing to strategy, helping shape testing frameworks, and using customer insight and performance data to inform decisions. You'll be joining a small but rapidly growing team at an exciting point in its journey. Processes, workflows and ways of working are still evolving, meaning you'll have genuine influence over how the function develops. If you enjoy bringing structure, creating scalable processes and helping build something rather than simply inheriting it, this role offers a lot of opportunity.
You'll work closely with designers, paid media specialists, strategists, analysts and data scientists, seeing your work move quickly from idea to live campaigns, with performance measured in real time.
What you'll do:
- Produce digital creative across paid social, display, video and other digital formats across a range of client accounts.
- Design and evolve creative concepts across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube.
- Build and adapt creative variants for testing frameworks and experimentation programmes.
- Lead design work across landing pages and conversion-focused web experiences, from wireframes through to developer handover.
- Use performance data, testing results and customer insight to shape future creative decisions.
- Work directly with clients, presenting work and explaining the thinking behind creative decisions.
- Own projects from end to end, managing priorities, timelines and communication across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Mentor more junior designers and help elevate standards across the wider team.
- Build scalable design systems, reusable templates and component libraries.
- Improve team processes around briefing, file organisation, handoff and workflow management.
- Contribute ideas that help shape the future direction of the design function.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- 5+ years' experience in digital design, including agency experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft across digital advertising and performance marketing environments.
- Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, hierarchy and accessibility.
- Experience working across multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage your own workload without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting ideas with confidence.
- Able to explain and justify design decisions using insight, research and performance data rather than subjective opinion alone.
Nice-to-haves:
- Motion design or animation experience.
- Experience designing landing pages and conversion-focused web experiences.
- Exposure to CRO or experimentation programmes.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
- Basic understanding of analytics platforms such as GA4 or Amplitude.
- Experience working alongside data or product teams.
