We’re looking for an Art Director to help shape Wedgwood’s creative direction. In this role, you’ll lead the development of marketing materials and campaigns, making sure our unique style shines through every touchpoint. Working closely with our Creative Director, you’ll guide the look and feel of our brand as we continue to evolve.
What You’ll Do At Wedgwood
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, cohesive assets that align with Wedgwood’s creative vision and strategy.
- Guide and approve visual style and design directions for marketing materials, ensuring that copy, content, and designs reflect Wedgwood’s identity and tone of voice.
- Stay informed on industry trends and explore innovative techniques to elevate Wedgwood’s creative output.
- Lead the development of the visual style and concepts for our campaigns and marketing materials, aligning them with Wedgwood’s goals and creative vision.
- Partner with retail and packaging teams to deliver cohesive and impactful assets.
- Coordinate campaign details with marketing managers globally, and provide input and approvals in collaboration with the Creative & Marketing Directors.
- Help internal teams understand and implement Wedgwood’s visual identity, ensuring everything we create feels true to the brand.
- Ensure all creative output upholds Wedgwood’s standards of excellence and aligns with its visual and written guidelines.
- Analyse campaign results to refine and improve future projects.
- Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to how we approach creative work.
- Use your network of photographers, stylists, and creatives to deliver high‑quality projects efficiently.
Who You Are
